Send button on the Toolbar.
After you click Send, your message automatically falls in the Outbox Single Message in the Send Manager window and the program starts processing it. You will see the statistics of the sending process in the Status window.
Group column contains a list of groups which messages could be sent to.
OutBox column shows the number of messages remaining in the OutBox of each group.
In Sent column shows you the number of e-mails that are being sent.
Sent column simply shows the number of emails which have been already sent.
Processed column shows the number of all emails which have been processed, i.e. they have been sent, or located into 'Not Delivered' folder, or they are still in the OutBox folder because of a wrong attempt of sending.
