If you have any troubles with our WP Double Opt-In Plugin, please, feel free to post your questions on this board. Our support team will be glad to provide you with a viable solution.

Before you post your support questions here, please, make sure you have the latest version of the G-Lock Double Opt-In Plugin. There is a chance a problem or issue you face is already fixed in the latest version.

You can always download the latest version of the plugin from this page:

If you use the latest version of the plugin and still experience any troubles with it, please, post a topic to request support from us and include the following information into your request:

1. Your blog URL where you use the plugin

2. Your WordPress version

This information will help our developers to locate the issue and fix it as soon as possible.

Hello,

I am running WP version 2.6.5.

I just downloaded version 2.10 of G-Lock-Dbl-Opt-Manager like you suggested (yesterday I was running the previous version 2.06) but I'm still having the same problem.

I really like this plug but unfortunately, I am not able to receive an email telling me I have a subscriber.

1) When I enter a name and email in the Subscription box a message displays and I get an email asking me to confirm my request. So far so good.

2) I click on the link to confirm my subscription. Yesterday I was getting a Welcome message, today after installing version 2.10 I no longer get the Welcome message. The settings for the plug in are the same as yesterday.

3) on Mail Delivery Settings I selected "Use Default Mail Settings". (Don't know if that may be the problem)

4) I read the documentation and I think I've done all I could as far as settings are concerned.

5) I called BlueHost an hour ago to see if they could tell me why I am not receiving emails. The tech support rep said "Check the path to sendmail". My path to sendmail is

. He said the G-Lock plug in must use this path for it to work.

Please, upgrade your WordPress to the v2.7 and the plugin to the latest v2.1.1 version. If after the upgrade you still experience any troubles with the plugin, please, feel fee to contact us. We'd be glad to help.

Can't save new Settings

Hi. I'm using WP Version 2.8.6 and I just downloaded G-Lock about a week ago so I assume it's the latest version (how can I find out?)

When I try to update the settings nothing happens. I press Update Options>> which seems to act like a button, and I see a url in the status bar on rollover: http://www.acureforeverything.co.uk/wp/ ... -optin.php but nothing happens - the page doesn't refresh and the settings aren't updated.

Please, try to set a simple (default) theme on you blog and see if the "Update Options" button works with the default theme or not. If it works, the problem is in the theme you used before.

Hello!

I've read a lot great stuff about this plugin and I've installed it
but I've got some problems I cannot resolve.

1. I am unable to save any options in the Settings area.
Once I change an option and click on Update Settings the session times out. (I've tried on IE, firefox - both newest versions)
This only happens when trying to save options for your plugin.
2. I cannot display Blog Broadcast option - I get blank page - also in both browsers.

I've got WordPress 2.9.2, and WordPress Double Opt-In List
Management Plugin 2.4.6. PHP version of server is 5.2.13

I've got over 30 plugins, but as described above I've deactivated them so only Double Opt-In was active. I've also changed theme to WordPress Default 1.6 but the same problem occurred. I 've got no idea what is causing this problems. Please help...

I'm having the same problem; when I try to save settings, the screen refreshes in Wordpress, the sidebar remains (with all the navigation links), but the body area (where I should see confirmation, or the saved settings) remains white, empty. When I click on the side nav bar on the G-Lock settings link, the body area reloads, but is back to the default settings. I've disabled all other plug ins, and I've tried loading the default theme template, and this behavior persists. Could it be a problem with the permissions settings on the server? If so, what should those settings be? Thank you!

Hello,

It seems there is something wrong with your server settings. You can install Firefox and Firebug add-on for Firefox and check where the problem is.

When I try to save settings, Firebug shows that the page does not load any divs in the body area of the page after the 'help' tab. However, those divs are closed, and the body and html tags on the page are closed. Maybe you can tell me what the permissions settings should be for the files associated with G-Lock? That way I can confirm with the server administrator. Thank you!

Hi
Just download and activate your 2.4.7 version and I using wp3.0

I can only use G-L by *Use Sendmail Directly (*nix only)*

Anyway I can't sent mail by using IE8. I can type in name and eamil address But when click on the *Subscribe* buttom it just no action at all.

But when I use Firefox than everything is working fine.
That is for www.DailyForexInfo.com.

My other website www.DailyHealthyDiet.com is working fine on both IE and Firefox.

So seem it's nothing wrong with the setting.

I had also use other computer to tried it but is same result.
IE doesn't work but firefox OK.

Please help out.

Hi,

I think some plugin that uses JQuery breaks our plugin. Try to disable plugins one by one and write me back what breaks it.
